What are chakras?

Everyone has Chakras, and everyone is able to work with them! There are 7 main ones that we will talk about here. Each chakra is represented by a different color. They are also connected to specific parts of the body. Each chakra has its own Hz frequency, which can balance the chakra when played. These Hz frequencies can be found on any music platform.

The Root Chakra is found at the base of your spine, and represents grounding, security, and home. This chakra is represented by the color red. Read this article for more information on the Root Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra represents creativity, passion, ambition. The crystal Carnelian is often associated with the sacral chakra. This chakra is connected to the reproductive system.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is of course connected to the sun. Ways to balance your solar plexus include going outside, exercising, wearing yellow crystals, and drinking chamomile tea.

The Heart Chakra is connected to the colors pink and green. Compassion, love, and forgiveness describe the energy of the heart chakra. Stress and anxiety can unbalance the heart chakra. Using Hz music, herbs and crystals may help balance the heart chakra and create a safe space to release grief.

The Throat Chakra is said to be connected to the throat and ears. Blue crystals like Larimar and Lapis Lazuli can help balance your Throat Chakra.

The Third Eye Chakra, ajna, is connected your inner guidance and intuition. It’s also associated with the pineal gland. Crystals like Lapis Lazuli, sodalite, and labradorite vibe with this chakra.

The Crown Chakra is the gate to intuition and spirit. Ruled by the color purple, the crown is all about feeling connected to the collective consciousness, but also to yourself. Amethyst and Clear Quartz are great crystals for the Crown.
